Black Water Raiders is more than an airsoft team. We are a veteran-operated brotherhood built on loyalty, discipline, respect, and the warrior mindset. We value the lessons of those who served, not to glorify war, but to honor the values it taught them: accountability, teamwork, sacrifice, and to never leave a man behind. On the field, we play hard, move with purpose, and compete without excuse. We respect the game, our opponents, and the community we represent. Victory is earned through preparation, communication, discipline, and trust—not ego.
We don’t measure ourselves by how many opponents we eliminate. We measure ourselves by how well we operate as a team, how we treat the people around us, and whether we can walk off the field knowing we gave everything we had.
We are Raiders. We move as one. We fight fair. We never leave our own behind. We earn respect—we never demand it.

About Our Founder
Patrick Palin
Patrick Palin is a 16-year retired veteran of the United States Marine Corps and is the proud leader of the Black Water Raiders. Bringing years of military experience, leadership, discipline, and field knowledge to the team, Patrick continues to serve his community through his work in Fugitive Recovery and also offers CQB training. Patrick also serves as the overseer for Iron Wolf MIL-SIM's main field located in Houston, where he helps maintain and uphold the standards, organization, and realism that make serious military simulation events possible. With commitment to teamwork, accountability, and authentic fieldcraft, Patrick leads the Black Water Raiders with the same dedication and mindset that defined his years serving in the United States Marine Corps.
